Unfortunately, deliveries may occasionally be delayed for reasons beyond our control. Please contact us at finladsport@outlook.com if you suspect your delivery has been delayed or lost, and we will find out the location of your package immediately. Finlad is not responsible for delays caused by transport companies.

You will see the amount of the shipping costs when you go to pay for your order.

PAYMENT METHODS
Finlad online store's secure payment methods are provided by Paytrail.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Product returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, unused and in salable condition. The seal must not be broken. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return. We charge €15.00 for product returns.
In matters concerning product returns, please contact finladsport@outlook.com with the title return before making the return. You will receive instructions for making a return and a return sticker by email.
Please note that when you return products and the total amount of delivery is less than €50.00, we will charge delivery costs of €7.90 + return costs of €15.00.
ADVERTISEMENTS
Complaints must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Finlad is responsible for the postage in case of complaints. You can contact finladsport@outlook.com with the subject line reclamation in matters concerning reclamations.
ORDERS NOT PICKED UP
We charge the costs incurred for sent and uncollected packages in full. A postage fee of €7.90 will be charged separately for resending an order that was not picked up.
We charge a total of €15.00 for uncollected orders and €7.90 for reshipping. We will resend the package as soon as the invoice (including resending shipping costs) has been paid.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Finlad reserves the right to cancel the order, for example, if the product has run out of stock. If the customer still wants it, we will deliver the order as soon as the product is available.
For orders canceled on behalf of the customer, we will charge the resulting costs if the order has already been sent. We will also charge the costs incurred for the package that was left uncollected. For orders canceled on behalf of the customer and for orders not picked up, we charge the costs of €15.00.
CHANGE
The prices shown on the website include VAT. Delivery costs are added to the price of the products and you can see the final amount for the order on the order page.
Finlad reserves the right to cancel the order if the product has run out or to correct the price if the product has a clear price error. In these situations, it is considered that the customer understands the situation and that the deviating price information is incorrect.
