Complaints

If the product you receive is faulty, we will do everything we can to help you as quickly as possible. The fastest way to make a complaint about a product purchased from our online store is to contact us via the form below.

Please note that the complaint concerns manufacturing defects, not damage caused by, for example, normal wear and tear or a long service life. The complaint also does not cover cases where the product has been used or washed incorrectly. It is good to make a complaint as soon as possible after discovering the error.

TRANSPORT ADVERTISING

If your order or product has been damaged in transit, act quickly.

Minor damage: If the damage is cosmetic or repairable, contact us via the form. We will work together to find a quick and easy solution.

Major damage: If the damage is significant and affects the usability of the product, you can refuse to receive the package. In this case, ask the driver to mark the shipment as damaged during transport and contact our customer service.

Both the consumer and Finlad must make a complaint to the transport company within seven (7) days of receiving the package. Please send us photos of the damaged product and package as soon as possible to our customer service at finladsport @outlook.com . Please also keep the packaging materials.
